Subject: Zero-Tolerance Data Acquisition & Usage Policy
1. MISSION STATEMENT
DarieX operates on a foundation of professional integrity and legal compliance. To protect the sanctity of our Projects and the security of our Operations, DarieX maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding the origin and legality of client-provided data.
2. CLIENT ATTESTATION OF LEGAL PROVENANCE
By uploading, transmitting, or otherwise integrating data into any DarieX system, the Client provides a binding attestation that:
They possess the full legal right, title, and interest to utilize said data.
The data has been obtained in strict accordance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
No data provided to DarieX is the result of unauthorized access, breach of contract, or illegal interception.
3. PROHIBITION OF ILLEGAL DATA
DarieX does not authorize, condone, or support the use of data obtained through "less-than-legal" means. This includes, but is not limited to:
Data harvested via unauthorized digital intrusion (hacking).
Data obtained through the violation of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
Data acquired through industrial espionage or illicit surveillance.
4. ZERO-TOLERANCE ENFORCEMENT
Should it be determined, or should DarieX have reasonable suspicion, that data has been sourced through illicit means:
Immediate Suspension: All related Operations and Projects will be suspended pending a legal audit.
Data Purge: Any tainted data will be permanently expunged from DarieX systems to maintain the integrity of our infrastructure.
Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold DarieX harmless against any legal actions, claims, or damages arising from the Client’s breach of this data provenance policy.
5. DIRECTIVE UPDATES
DarieX reserves the right to update this protocol to reflect evolving global data privacy and security standards. Continued use of DarieX services constitutes an ongoing agreement to these terms.
